We are aware that some customers are experiencing warmer than usual temperatures in homes. Our engineers have been to the plant this afternoon and identified the key mechanical issue. Further investigation and resolution is targetted for tomorrow, July 15.  As we are nearly through the peak of the day, you can help your home stay cool by keeping your windows closed where possible.

If you are experiencing issues with your system, please contact us for inspection and equipment service at 703-349-3301. When you have scheduled service with us, we will require access to your equipment inside the property. 

For leaks, please call us immediately.

Like any other system in your home, the RELAC system should be part of your regular property maintenance routine. 

Our new Systems Guide for Customers is now Available.

Customers are responsible for properly maintaining the cooling system components on their property with the exception of the meter, which is RELAC property. The valves, furnace, coils, thermostat, solenoid and piping are the property of the owner. Cleaning and servicing of the components is the responsibility of the Owner and must be arranged independently via your chosen contractor or through springRELAC Technicians. Our technicians are  available to  provide the same service at competitive rates. We always recommend getting a quote from RELAC.
